COVID-19 – We are currently operating normal hours at the office
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legal document whereby it was possible to nominate other to look after your property and financial affairs if you were not able to do so yourself.
If the person who signed the Enduring Power of Attorney, the donor, is no longer able to manage their own affairs then the attorneys are under a duty to register the Enduring Power of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian.
We have been advising the people of Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Parbold, Burscough, Formby, Southport and throughout Lancashire, Merseyside and nationwide for over 200 years in relation to Enduring Powers of Attorney.
