Coronavirus/Covid-19 Update

The entire country is facing an unprecedented challenge in tackling the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. We want to let all our clients and those connected with the firm what we at Dickinson Parker Hill have done and will be doing to continue providing legal services.

We have put in place appropriate action plans to ensure our offices are fully operational and will remain so throughout. We have significantly invested in all aspects of our infrastructure to ensure we can continue to provide a full, professional and efficient service for all of our clients. We remain open for business and will continue to operate as close to normal as possible.

We have taken the decision, in the interests of our staff and all our clients, to no longer offer face-to-face appointments. As an employer, we owe a duty of care to protect our staff and as socially responsible organisation we are doing everything in our power to follow government guidance to put in place effective social distancing measures.

We continue to offer telephone appointments and appointments via video conferencing facilities. We are open for business and will respond to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Many of our staff are now working from home through remote access to our systems within a secure network and will continue to do so to assist all of our clients.

For ease of communication and to help us help you, we would ask that, where possible, you communicate with us ideally by email, otherwise by telephone, in the usual way.

Your emails and telephone calls will be immediately diverted to our staff working from home.

They will respond to you as quickly as possible

If you are moving house then you can still move, if you need advice regarding family law matters then we can continue to advise you, if you need advice on an employment law matter then we can help, if you need a will or Lasting Power of Attorney then we are here.

In short, whatever your legal needs are, we will continue to provide the services that you may need now or in the future.
